Do not listen to the negative reviews. You must understand that having a salon in Aspen Colorado is a tremendous liability when there are customers who are lacking in humanity and manners! I have lived in this valley for 35 years after having lived in Manhattan, London, Atlanta And I have not been to a nail salon is gracious excellent and elegant regarding the customer service as ultimate nail salon. Everything is always perfect. I cannot even believe some of these reviews however, during the time I have been in the salon I have been party to some of the brattiest, most spoiled and unpleasant women that one could ever hope to meet. came to get a nail fixed after the previous place made the acrylics way too thin. loved that they were wearing masks and they made the nail perfectly thick in comparison to the rest. will be coming back.

Michael and his wife are incredible. Their salon was super clean and adorable. Michael did my nails and they look amazing. I could not be happier. I'm writing this review because I have wasted a ton of time and money at other nail salons in Aspen and I'm hoping I can help someone not make the same mistakes I did.
