Everyone was so helpful/knowledgeable, especially Melissa! High quality glasses and very stylish. It took half the time they said for my prescription to be ready for pick up! Highly recommend! ?❤️

Earlier, I had posted a review expressing displeasure. Almost immediately, I was contacted by Ms. Roger, who oversees several of their stores. She was wonderful! In fact, after a few seconds we were chatting like old friends. She resolved the issue and went beyond what I ever expected. I think it is amazing that there is a real person out there diligently monitoring reviews, someone who cares. Rare today in this world.

I have been looking for a black framed sunglasses for around 3 years. Walked in this store and selection/quality was great. They located a pair of Jacques Marie Mage glasses that were exactly what I have been looking for. Selection was great and service was even better. Appreciate it!
