I was experiencing a problem with my iMac and my HP printer. I called Decypher Technologies and explained my problem. On the phone, the technician looked up discussions on the web and found that Apple updated some software and that update left my (and thousands of other HP printer customers) unable to print. I am going to wait for an update to HP application for a fix. I offered twice to pay something for this valuable help, but Decypher Technologies would not accept any payment. I highly recommend Decypher Technologies. Bob
