I like the fact that you were able to send Jeff to fix my toilet just the next day after I e-mailed you. My water bill was high since my toilet kept running off and on. Jeff was very professional, polite and very Informed on how to fix my problem. He was very enthusiastic and was excited when he got the toilet to stop making a bubbling noise. He was very careful to clean up the area where he worked and to inform me what the charges would be.. I appreciated being called early this morning and that you waved the $79.99 service call, since my husband and I turn 87 years old next month in August.
