I met with Hil for reiki sessions, to heal correctly & more quickly from a serious fall. My surgeon installed 3 plates & 17 screws in my ankle, with a 6 month schedule to recover. By getting regular reiki sessions, I was ahead of schedule for bone healing, which was truly wonderful. Then during the physical therapy months, I wasn’t sleeping, and worried about getting back to ski & fly fish. Reiki also helped me to process the trauma/emotional aspects of my injury. I’m very relieved and grateful that I had Hil’s help to get through this. And recommend reiki to heal physically & and in every other way

Brittany is one of the best holistic practitioners that I have worked with in Aspen and beyond. She is thorough and truly looks at the whole picture. Since working with her I have noticed profound improvement in my hormones, energy levels, and even mood. I have referred several friends and clients to Brittany and all have shared their own wonderful experiences. I recently had Brittany over to take me and a group of friends on a breath work journey. Let me tell you, it was a powerful experience. The exercise consisted mostly of breathing deeply and allowing Brittany and her music to take you where you were supposed to go. Three days later and my heart is more open than it has ever been in my life and I can feel this both energetically and physically in my body. I've worked with Brittany in acupuncture and cupping as well. She's one of those people that you can tell that she's got it from the moment you meet her. She's gifted in many aspects of the healing arts and I highly recommend her work.
