The first time I met Fred at the gym I ask him if he knew a great massage therapist, I want someone that have experience strong and know what they doing, I’m a PT and also an athlete and run ultra marathon. 3 days before my power of four 31 miles race in aspen, found out that he was a massage therapist, he performed the best massage I’ve ever had in my entire life and not only that but rejuvenated my body to perform my race at the highest level and felt so strong on race day, I have to say that he will be my massage therapist for life, he is amazing and going above and beyond thank you so much Fred 🙏🏾
One of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I've had many. Fred was incredibly intuitive and skilled. He found knots I didn't know I had and applied just the right pressure throughout. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!
