A+ start to finish! Booked by phone which was easy and informative. Showed up right on time and were super friendly. Service was quick and the results were wonderful. Couldn't ask for more! Oh, and pricing was very reasonable and explained upfront.

We are so pleased with the great job Todd and son Andy accomplished in our home. They cleaned our nasty ducts plus 800 sq. ft of carpeting in the basement, AFTER re-stretching a bit of moldy carpet following a leak. And our white area rug hasn't looked so good in years. STC is truly a family company, with Shannon fielding all my calls about various needs. We won't hesitate to recommend them and hire them again!
