Andy at STC Carpet Care is a miracle worker!!!! You might think that I’m exaggerating, but far from it.. I have lived in my house for roughly 10 years, and only had the carpets cleaned one other time.. it was a horrible experience back then and gave my PTSD about getting them cleaned again.. but as one would have it, my dogs became elderly and pet stains began building up… I would clean and clean but there were still the lingering stains… finally I overcame my hesitation and reached out to this company.. from the very beginning, they were amazing.. the quote was reasonable and scheduling was a breeze… I’m sure I drove them crazy as I was trying to coordinate a family visit with the carpet / couch cleaning and they were very responsive to my emails, even after hours. Andy came and spent a few hours cleaning couch and carpet and they looked BRAND FREAKIN NEW!!! I mean, even the spot that the dog split chocolate syrup flavoring!!! It was all brown and matted.. it came up wonderfully!!! and it was mostly dry by that evening!! I wished I could end the review here, but as I was putting together the couch for my company, I discovered (much to my horror) that i had inadvertently moved the two most soiled couch cushions to the laundry room and forgot them when Andy was there… I was so upset with myself.. I reached out to Andy to see if I could meet him somewhere just to get the two cushions cleaned…. He was on top of it.. he stopped by the next day between other clients and cleaned the last two cushions beautifully!!!! Now THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found these guys on FB and I couldn't be happier! They worked on a nasty carpet situation for me and made it wonderful. Not only were they knowledgeable, but their prices were fair and they did not stop until they were satisfied. They even sucked up all the moths! Basically, because they are good, top-notch humans, everything about their business is the same! Huge Fan.
