Such a beautiful and welcoming studio! I broke my wrist and was looking for something I could do while I mended and Stephanie and Jenni took the time to talk to me and help me create a plan. I'm so thankful for the Intro Private lesson special because I wasn't that familiar with Pilates. I then bought a 5 pack of private lessons with Jenni to learn how to modify my practice and now I'm ready for group classes. I'm also 53 and have a newfound love for Pilates so if you're interested in trying something new I highly recommend this studio.

Amazed no one has reviewed Spring House yet. Two instructors from Apex left and started their own studio and it's wonderful! We had a really cool girls night/Pilates party a few weeks back and really enjoyed learning more about the space as well as getting some of our friends into Pilates! The experience is a flat fee and you can invite up to 8 people for a reformer class, cheese plate, followed by champagne! It was a really cool way to spend an evening.

Love Spring House Pilates! The instructors are all knowledgeable and fun. I love the variety of classes offered and the easy way to book and/or switch classes. All the instructors are helpful if you have an injury and need modifications.
