This store is managed by an exceptional professional, Bethany. During my recent MVP haircut experience, Bethany shared with me a comment from a deputy at a nearby sheriff's office. He told her that some members of law enforcement fear stylists who intentionally "make mistakes" when cutting their hair.Tears filled Bethany's eyes in relaying his comments to me.The deputy further told Bethany the Sport Clips she manages is the exception. Very rude stylist when I went in for a haircut. I didn't even finish checking in with her and turned around and walked out. If management allows her to talk this way without being polite, imagine the haircut you receive. Follow up to this review. Just hung up with the owner of this location and she was very understanding and understanding of my complaint. She did offer a complimentary MVP cut the next visit at either of her locations.
