Sonlight Health and Wellness LLC is a calming and soothing studio. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, nurturing, and relaxing. The massage is excellent, amazing, spot-on, and effective. It is hands down the best, from a true master and powerful healer with high-level skills. The practitioner is highly intuitive, attentive, and devoted. Each session begins with a careful consultation, listening to medical history, body traumas, pains, and discomforts. The massage is then customized and focused directly where needed. The approach transforms pain and injury, leading to significant pain reduction and deep relaxation. Clients leave feeling euphoric, in a state of nirvana, with continued improvement afterward. Helpful ideas and stretches for home care are provided, showing clear care for clients. The experience is wonderful and magical, making it a highly recommended resource for self-care and fitness support. Clients consistently look forward to returning.
I highly recommend getting a massage from Erik. It was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I have friends who aren’t comfortable going to a male massage therapist but Erik was nothing but professional and made you feel comfortable from the start.
So, I got my first massage in over 2 years (thanks, COVID😡) earlier today. I used the 50% deal mostly because I’m really looking to find a more permanent masseuse. I’m an old hand at massages; I’ve been getting massages since my 30s. I’m a physician and the last 2 years have really taken a toll on my total health (mental, physical, emotional). I booked a 90 minute signature Sonlight massage with Erik. OMG! It really changed my perspective! Erik and I had a conversation before he got to work. I don’t know what different modalities he used but I’m a believer in his talents. I came away from our session much more calm, centered and balanced. I was also aware of how much more ‘present’ and in the moment I was. I am looking forward to building a really consistent and positive relationship there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ERIK.
