I cannot recommend RestoreCo more highly. They were responsive, clear on expectations, guided us through the process with insurance and got on the phone with them. In addition, when the insurance adjuster came over to do the inspection he said “this was the best mitigation I’ve ever seen.” Highly recommended!
Jared was very Informative and made sure that my claim was submitted correctly and even spoke to all parties involved. Very quick to get the issue resolved within a few hours. Highly recommended
We’ve never needed mitigation services before and when we found a water leak, RestoreCo came in very professionally and quickly handled the water damage/ flooding of our basement. Their mitigation abilities are fantastic. We had Ian and Jared from the company performing the services. Both are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with referrals for reconstruction.
RestoreCo was able to work through the home insurance and spared us of expenses other than the deductible.
