RestoreCo responded within one hour to a major sewage failure that impacted my entire street of homes. It was an interesting case study, all 5 homes suddenly needed the same major restoration service. RestoreCo beat all other contractors by several hours to the scene. They dried the space immediately, while other vendors made excuses. They removed the carpet the next day, the drywall the day after, this beat other contractors by 36 to 144 hours. They were more professional than all contractors I have used for construction. I have been impressed again and again by this team and their leadership. They have completed two jobs for me and even after I paid them continued to make sure my insurance company paid what I deserved.STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

Ryan Sumner truly walked me through every single step of submitting an insurance claim, took the time to help me understand estimates, and has made it possible for me to get an entirely brand new kitchen through an insurance claim for a pipe freeze/burst. When Allstate was unwilling to approve the initial estimate, Ryan found a way to get an estimate Allstate would approve that would cover the cost needed to get me a new kitchen. Dilapidated, run down, 1982 cabinetry, linoleum counter tops etc...this single mom who is barely making ends meet, works 2 jobs, and is a full time nursing student, has a brand new kitchen.
