I had what I felt was a negative and unsupportive experience on the phone with an administrator at this office. I left multiple comments and poor reviews online in response.
Christy, the owner of the office, was kind enough to give me a call after seeing my reviews. She talked to me to explain more about why and how the situation occurred. I think that she could have easily just ignored me and had my reviews deleted, instead she chose to call me and help me understand more about why it happened. That was really kind of her.
