After dealing with a very frustrating experience with a previous company, this restoration team was an absolute relief. They redid everything ā walls, carpet, baseboards, painting, and the ceiling ā after water damage, and they did it right. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but they completed the job in about one-tenth of the time it took the prior company. Every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Iām incredibly grateful for such a positive, seamless experience after a negative one, and I would absolutely use them again.
David Chastain was amazing to work with. He was a great comunicator, knowledgeable. As someone who has never gone through a restoration he made sure I was good through the entire process. The crew of Sebastian and Pedro were also amazing. Very hard working, so talented. They were very thoughtful and respectful. Just a great experience. I love my new basement!!
