First time home owner and this was a great experience. The house is built to last and made very well. The whole process overall went smoothly from beginning to end and I appreciated how organized everyone was. I loved being able to customize my home in the design phase to exactly what I wanted and needed. Having the one-year warranty was extremely helpful to fine tune the home once I was living in it and gave me ease of mind. Everyone was responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. If you are interested in a new build, I would highly recommend using this company.

We thoroughly enjoy living in our Remington-built home. The craftsmanship is solid, and the warranty process has been relatively painless. Like with most new houses, there are usually issues that occur, but Remington has always been willing to help us work to get those items fixed. Cari Flint has been responsive and followed through on our requests and even when resolving a recurring issue that went past the warranty period. We would buy another Remington home and would recommend them.
