Top notch studio and instructors. I've taken private and group classes with Katie and her team for over a year now. Great instruction and I always get the attention I need during class and private sessions. My back and neck pain has improved, and I highly suggest job visiting Katie and her team.

I’ve been coming here for a year now, and everyone, from instructors to other people who go there, are SO nice. It’s a very welcoming place, and I always leave here feeling better than when I walked in the door:)

I have only been going to Personal Pilates for a short while now, but the essence of this studio is in the name. This studio has a personal approach towards health and wellness.Depending on what you are looking for or what you need, they offer a collection of classes. Each class has a comfortable amount of people in them allowing proper attention to detail from both student and instructor.Prices are competitive with the market, although I do wish they were more affordable so I could go even more often :)I look forward to enjoying many classes to come.
