After my laptop suddenly stopped working I contacted Nick after I realized repairing it was beyond my skill level. He answered quickly and was able to work around my odd schedule so I could deliver the laptop for diagnosis. He rolled with the punches when the sellers for the part I needed were unhelpful, and ultimately when I decided to commit to data transfer over repair he didn't try to talk me out of it despite having a monetary incentive to do so. He's someone you can count on when the stresses of a sudden technical issue have you down.

I had a very expensive laptop with a screen that broke and Nick used his abundance of resources and knowledge to find the right part to replace this very delicate screen. Nick was extremely courteous and professional as well as worked very quickly and had the repair done within mere hours of receiving the new part.
He is extremely responsive and will text/call back within a very short time span.
We ran into a problem where the first screen was damaged and we secured a new one from a different resource (thanks to Nick!) That was in brand new and perfect condition that worked flawlessly.
