“I went to Coco Marie salon and was turned away because I wanted a pixie cut and was told the stylist didn’t “feel comfortable” doing that type of cut. The stylist recommend Chanel at Tranquility so that’s where I went. Chanel did an amazing job! I haven’t had a really good haircut in years and I have paid over $100 at several other salons and left with disappointment and a bad haircut. I can’t recommend Chanel enough! I brought an inspo pic and she looked at it several times during the cut so she was clear on what I wanted. It looks exactly like my inspo pic and I am beyond excited to finally have a good haircut.“

For $10.00 more than the basic service, She suggested the upgrade and it was so worth it. She didn't want me to spend more, she wanted to give me her best. As an aside, I did not appreciate the guy who obviously worked there sitting in a massage chair watching video on his cell phone. What was her doing? He didn't help clean, he didn't engage with the clientele and I would rather have his videos muted.
