Lynette was fabulous at helping us pick our plumbing fixtures for our new house. She offered a lot of creative insight to small details that had never occurred to us. I had never needed a plumber and called them after reading some past reviews online from other customers. Twenty seconds into my call I knew I found a keeper! And it continued when Jim came to our home. So friendly so neat. Explained everything to me before he did anything. I will always call Needham in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

Doesn't return calls. Installed plumbing in basement and toilet was 8 inches off and barely past inspection. Now my toilet doesn't even fit against the wall. Too busy and won't even come out to review or provide an estimate. Call someone else and don't waste your time with Millwood.
