I ended up with not one, but 2 flat tires at 3am. I was towed to Midas and slept in my car until they opened. They never complained or made a fuss about me sleeping in the lot for a few hours (I live 2.5 hours away from the location).
I told them exactly what I wanted/needed and they did it. Didn’t argue with me about trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Just patched my one tire, sold me one tire and let me be on my way.
It was 7:30 am, so I was one of the first customers. That made it fairly quick.

Stopped in to Midas after a service light came on on my vehicle, and received expert care from Adam. He took the time to go over my diagnostic report, including helpful pictures and analysis, and recommended only the service I most needed. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me anything, and really appreciated his knowledge and kindness. I highly recommend Adam and the team here at Midas, and I feel extremely satisfied with my experience. Thank you!!
I am so very pleased with the service I was given here at Midas! Lori, at the front desk got me in right away and was incredibly warm and friendly. It took less than an hour for my oil change and was much cheaper than the other places I was looking to go. Thank you so much to the Midas team, and I will be back!!
