The staff is very friendly, and they have taken excellent care of pets. When the veterinarian gets on the floor and plays with your dog, you know you're at the right place. Homeward Bound has consistently provided impeccable service and support for pets, from the lovely staff who answer the phone and schedule appointments to the technicians and doctors. The professional and loving care pets receive is outstanding, making Homeward Bound a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking the best care for their beloved animal companions. The new building is beautiful, and the staff, including the main veterinarian Dr. Jeff, are excellent.
We've worked with several of the vets at Homeward Bound, and they've all been great. Our dogs have most often seen Dr. Jeff who is a real treat. He is exceptionally hardworking, reasonable with prescribed treatments, and tender with out pups.
7 out of 5 stars!
We’ve taken our dogs to Homeward Bound for the last 7 years and they have always treated us and our pets with the utmost respect and care. This was especially evident just a few weeks ago when our elderly dog needed to be put down. The entire staff was incredibly kind and empathetic and made the process as smooth for us as possible. We worked with Abby and Dr Kiernan and could not have been more pleased. They were able to squeeze us in on very short notice and treat our GSP accordingly. Our dog is very high maintenance and isn’t fond of the vet and they do such a great job with her making her feel comfortable. We are so thankful for this team. I would recommend them to any family/friend/neighbor.
