Natalie was absolutely amazing . She was so kind not only to us but also everyone in the building. She made my mom feel so pretty for her birthday and I couldn’t be more thankful because she really needed it. Thank you Natalie

We forgot to check-in online, but we didn't have to wait at all. We went in at 3:45 on Friday afternoon. The person who cut my child's hair listened to him, respected him, explained what she was going to do before she did it, and cut his hair exactly how he wanted it! We had a great experience and will be back!
