FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center – Arvada

Recovering from a bone spur surgery on my foot, Jenn in team with a student from CU helped me head in the right direction with my recovery. My foot was getting progressively stiffer after a few months post surgery. They helped me learn some massage, stretching, and strength exercises to move me forward. They also were aware and supportive of the emotional piece recovering from surgery and wanting to get back to being active. They were a good reminder that healing doesn't happen overnight. My foot is in a much better place after about 8 weeks of PT, and now I can continue it on my own without their support. I would highly recommend this PT office.

I've gone to a number of physical therapists to try and alleviate long-term back issues/pain, and none of them have been able to help me as much as Jane at Fyzical. She's super friendly and helps break down the mechanics of what is happening to cause issues, helping me both in our sessions and also do the proper at-home exercises to help resolve my pain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wanted some pre-op exercises to strengthen before knee replacment. Spencer showed me how to properly do exercises I had been doing from a printed worksheet and gave me lots of suggestions. A great experience!
