Everyone at this location is always so kind and welcoming. I have been seeing Krista for a cut and color just this past spring and recently brought my daughter in for her first highlights. Everything came out looking amazing and as always, Krista was a joy to work with. Will be coming back to see her in a few months for sure.
My review is long over due. I was a bit skeptic about going to a Fantastic Sams due to some bad stories I’ve heard somewhere. However after years of being ripped off by other stylist that would charge $85 plus dollars just to trim my hair I decided to try a Fantastic Sams. I found this one on Ward Road and I was blessed to have Sarah (the manager) cut my hair. First I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place, second by the friendliness of the staff. Third, Sarah came out to greet me with the warmest and biggest smile. She listened to what I wanted and soon she was not just trimming, she was framing.
