Well, I wasn’t going to post this but after 13 years of going to the salon, I reached out to the owner to let her know that I had nail fungus have been going to them for 13 years never had any issues talk to the receptionist Jennifer, which is very rude all the time She messaged me on messenger from Facebook and asked me some questions and I never got any response back I’m very disappointed made a very good friend with the nail technician that I was going to for at least 6 years and to get no response. I loved my experience ! It was my first time here and it was amazing. The shop doesn’t have the strong smell most nails shop have either. I brought my 1.5 year old and they were so kind . I got a pedicure with John and was allowed to have my son sleep on me during. I loved the service and the care John had/did so I will definitely be coming back !
Specialties: I’m not too easily impressed about my nails considering I get my nails done in North Carolina, but today I walked into elegant nails and ran across LINH and she was phenomenal. My nails looked just like the picture she took her time, but she was quick as well, she did today was perfect. I can ask for a better technician. Thank you so much for all your work and services.
