I was a patient of Dr. Zeitlin for several years prior to COVID. He and his team always showed interest in providing care to me and eventually all of my family. I appreciated the doctor and his team reviewing my treatment plan with me in detail and answering all of my questions. A few months ago I had an opportunity to have a dentist appointment at a different clinic (because it was closer to my house and they had an appointment on a Friday afternoon), so I went there… yet, I chose to return to Dr. Zeitlin to take care of my dental needs. PLEASE READ AND AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!! Made appointment went as scheduled on Thursday, fill their docs on their computer in the office, read all and submitted, after the consultation the receptionist provided an estimate of $6600.00 for fixing 3 tooth, signed hard copy, they also had me sign on the signature pad, No other document was provided. Called around and found cheaper office, called their office on Monday to cancel no one answered, called again on Tuesday no answer left message to cancelled the appointment, also did that on the text that they had sent for confirmation, Dr. Zeitlin called two minutes before the cancelled scheduled appointment and started to get pissy... read full review

We went here for about two years. Dr Zeitlin is good, we never had any bad experiences with the care we received. However during that two years the office asked us to reschedule our appointments on multiple occasions. The final straw was the last time when they called a few days before to reschedule, and then the morning of the new appointment they canceled. Then called back an hour later to ask if we could come in at the regular appointment time. I understand that sometimes unavoidable things happen, but it happened enough times that I felt like our appointments were only honored at the office's convenience.
