INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend core progression because nowhere else has worked and I finally lost this impossible last 15lbs and my back and posture is 100% better. love you guys so much!!
Thomas is an incredible trainer and Tony and Maggie and the rest of the team at Core Progression Arvada create a welcoming and friendly environment. Seven weeks in and the amount of change I’ve seen in my body and overall energy level has been amazing. Thomas is a career trainer and always knows the right way to adapt our workouts to how my body is feeling. He knows how to challenge me the way I need and brings the enthusiasm and encouragement to keep me motivated. I can’t wait to see what the next few months bring!
My experience thus far at core progression in Arvada has been awesome. Alan is very knowledgeable and has created a plan just for me to help me reach my goals. He focuses on proper technique and holds me accountable each week. Excited to see the growth in the next 4 months. Thank you Alan!
