I took our trailer in because the slide out was uneven, and Scott went through everything with me in great detail, explaining the issue and our options. There was an option to rebuild the entire thing which would've fixed it entirely, but he also said if we could live with it being a bit uneven, it was reasonable to just patch it and it may be just fine for many years to come. I'm grateful for him sharing the pros and cons of each, and ultimately we saved a ton of money by not doing the full rebuild.
