Within about a month cobblestone had sent me a check for the damaged windshield, mistakes happen and I’m glad they realized what happened, just hope they’re gonna switch to some foam paddles or something
Incredibly frustrating experience with incompetent employee
The car wash attendant broke my windshield while I was pulling onto the conveyor belt, hitting the glass with those wooden paddles they use to direct the cars, employee had anger issues yelling at me through the car was blaming me for the crack, claiming that it was already broken

Compared to other similar companies, pretty similar wash; not perfect but not awful. My only complaint is they don't have any glass cleaner available. They also don't have a floor mat cleaning machine.
