My experience at this very convenient neighborhood urgent care facility was positive from receptionist to triage RN, Kristin and Dr Altmin. They are a great team that are professional, skilled and genuinely caring. I left with a smile on my face and completely satisfied.
They got me in quickly and got me out satisfied. I got wax away from my eardrum. They flushed it out gently and gave me instructions on what to do at home. I was so relieved with their care. Im back to normal. I recommend them for sure.
