Outstanding experience with Bear Cleaning and Restoration. Technician, Nicholas, arrived on time and did great work. We had 4 large area rugs cleaned and an upholstered chair and all look so much better. Nicholas was very polite and friendly and worked hard to get everything as clean as possible. He cleaned up well leaving us with no mess.
They did their job better after I complained a couple times. One of the biggest was they left items on the stair saying they only pick up 30% of the items after I complained he took off his attachment and use the hose like he should’ve the first time without having to be told the second issue I had I have a $300 scale that’s supposed to say the heart rate and everything. The younger man had the the hose wrapped around the scale and was making my scale bouncing in the kitchen until I hollered at him. It’s only common sense.
