I give this company 5 stars. I had my capets done and I am very satisfied with the results they give a 3 day insurance if not satisfied and will come back and redo it. The tech JOSE was an amazing tech very knowledgeable and very well mannered I highly recommend their services. Thank you ?

UPDATE: BSC offered to make things right by coming back to re do our carpet cleaning and I must say we are very pleased with the service we received today 3/5/2024. The job was performed very thoroughly and you can definitely see the difference. Our carpet not only looks clean now but it also smells clean! Thank you ownership for honoring your companies services.My mom had BSC come and clean her stairs and living room/hallway area for her bi level home. The appointment window was between 8am and 12pm. Someone finally arrived at 12:30 pm and completed the job in 15 minutes. My mom has 14 stairs and a decent sized living room/hallway. She was very disappointed with the...read full review

I have used several carpet cleaners over the years as a pet owner, and never until Bear Steam Cleaning found a company that's so efficient and good at the actual job of cleaning up stains and leaving the carpet look brand new, every time... while ALSO having an affordable price point. Here's a room that was a complete stain mess prior, and the carpet is probably 15 years old, but look at what they just did to this room - it looks AMAZING!
