Nick and Cayden were very polite and arrived within the discussed window of time. They were efficient and tidy and payment was super easy with Nicole. Carpet looks almost brand new and most importantly smells fresh and clean after years of dog trampling. If I had any more carpet in my house, Bear would be my go-to.
