They keep us informed about the appointment and showed up on time and on a Saturday to boot. I have a law firm so it was good to do this on a weekend instead of during business hours. He also got some hard water stains out of the carpet (caused by me over watering a big plant. He did an awesome job. Highly recommend. Carpet looks like new now. Everything dried super fast too. Very courteous as well. We’ll use them again!

Outstanding experience with Bear Cleaning and Restoration. Technician, Nicholas, arrived on time and did great work. We had 4 large area rugs cleaned and an upholstered chair and all look so much better. Nicholas was very polite and friendly and worked hard to get everything as clean as possible. He cleaned up well leaving us with no mess.
