I am very thankful for this facility. Sam is my chiropractor and after 2 years of orthopedic surgeons and other chiropractors, he is the only one to provide relief for my lower back pain. Plus, he is very compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so grateful I found Sam! Robbie, the physical therapist is just as good. I have been in physical therapy for a year with 2 different therapist. He is amazing, knowledgeable and fun to work with! The owner Andy Welling and staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you Arvada Sport and Spine!!

I’m here every three weeks for chiropractic with Dr. Welling. He’s absolutely amazing! My whole family has been here for everything from needling, cupping, red light, massage, to therapeutic rehab for injuries. I recommend this place to everyone!

I have been dealing with an it band injury for over a year now with not a ton of improvement and was feeling a bit hopeless until I found arvada sport and spine. I really appreciated the holistic approach they took to look at my whole body to make an educated treatment plan. I am only on week two and feeling more improvement than I have in a whole year!
