I have been going to this place for almost 3 years. The front desk receptionist is extremely EXTREMELY rude. I called over the phone a couple of weeks ago and I remember the person I talked to had an attitude with me and when I came into the office, I recognized her voice and she was not nice at all. I’ve never been the type to write reviews but it took me to bite my tongue yesterday to not say anything to her. Whoever was working front desk yesterday 3/3/2025 seriously needs to be talked to. All of the doctors were so nice but I was so taken back by the way she was with me. A great clinic for kids but a horrible front desk.

I have been taking my daughter for the last 3 years and was planning on taking my new born since I never really had an issue with the doctors there but the front desk is EXTREMELY rude I called and she hung up and when I called back she was even more rude … Will not be coming back with my kids here

We have gone to this office since 2000 TWENTY FOUR YEARS for our kids. Dr Weiss was our 1st Dr. then we saw the PA Kari for YEARS. The last few times we have gone it’s SUBPAR at best.

Today is the last time we will be going. The girl at check in was rude. Dr Jenn talked to me like I was 5 and was condescending. BUT, the woman at the check out desk who looked strung out was SO SO RUDE. Like sorry I interrupted you eating and staring at your phone TO DO YOUR JOB, that took all of 90 seconds to do.
