Two years ago, on the day before New Year's Eve, our furnace went out. It was less than ten years old. We had HomeSmart coverage. They couldn't find anyone to come out and after 24 hours, gave us permission to call whoever we could get. We called Accuracy. The technician came, diagnosed the problem, finagled replacement parts (temperatures were around zero) and got our furnace working again. HomeSmart covered it at 100%. Great! A month ago, Accuracy called and wanted to come out and do a routine maintenance call. No charge. We made an appointment. They never showed up. Called. Made another appointment. They never showed up. I'm giving this company two stars because I have received decent service from this company before, but not today. And even when they had the chance to fix it, they didn't. They just wasted more of my time. Approximately ten days ago I scheduled an air conditioner service (before I started using it for the season). The appointment was scheduled for today, July 7th and the window was 1-4pm. Their technician never showed up. I waited until 4:30 and then I phoned them. Got a voicemail, left a message. Was on a maintenance plan and came and did furnace. Stated furnace was out of warranty and wanted to replace with over priced unit. Got second opinion and unit was in warranty and was repaired at no cost. Ronnie can't be trusted and will not deal with Accuracy again.
