Two years ago, on the day before New Year's Eve, our furnace went out. It was less than ten years old. We had HomeSmart coverage. They couldn't find anyone to come out and after 24 hours, gave us permission to call whoever we could get. We called Accuracy. The technician came, diagnosed the problem, finagled replacement parts (temperatures were around zero) and got our furnace working again. HomeSmart covered it at 100%. Great! A month ago, Accuracy called and wanted to come out and do a routine maintenance call. No charge. We made an appointment. They never showed up. Called. Made another appointment. They never showed up. Called again! Made an appointment. Once again, they are a no show and won't even answer the phone. Very disappointing.
My furnace blower failed on December 31st. I scrambled on New Years Day to find someone to help. A friend referred us to Accuracy and I couldn’t be happier. Ronnie was able to make it to Aurora by Sunday, January 2nd, diagnosed the problem and found parts to get heat back in our house by that evening. He called the next day to make sure everything was good, too. Would definitely call again!Service: Heating system repair
I appreciate that he called me back asking what was wrong with my AC, and he gave me trouble shooting tips instead of coming and doing an inspection and charging me for something I could have done by myself. That was a little too honest! ?
