Stan has owned this business for thirty years from the original company owner of Ted's he bought and now has owned these thirty years, I've heard and seen what he does and the chemicals he uses are the best and environmental friendly, I have known Stan for ten years and most of the people who has worked with him, to end this, he is a friendly and a very great business owner. Happy he has made people!!!

Don't trust him I feel stupid I trusted him he said he needed the money up front before he did the job because he would not do the job and I paid him so I had to go from the house he said don't come back until night time but I was not gone an hour I had to come home for something and he was gone and he did not wash the carpet and just stole my money. Don't trust this guy. Be warned .

STAY AWAY!! Doesn't even deserve one star. Came to our house and gave an estimate and told us they would put all this extra stuff to clean the carpet. We put cash down payment for him to come first thing Saturday morning and said he would call us the next day to schedule a time. He never called and my husband had to call him in the afternoon on Saturday and he told us that he had to come within an hour or it would have to wait until Monday at 0800. We had no choice so we waited for Monday. Monday came along and he called us at 0648 and asked if we could be at the house by 0700 and said if not than he couldn't make it until 0900 because he took another job. We... read full review
