We called sunrise roofing as we had a leaky roof. we had trouble getting a hold of them, but once we did, they scheduled an appointment for 3-4pm. After leaving work early they did not come until 530pm and didn't even call to let me know(not the bad part). He went on the roof and saw the spot of the leak, the estimate was for $175 which I paid and it took him about 5 minutes. All appears to be great until it rains the next week and our roof is still leaking (less but still leaking). When we get a hold again (took multiple calls and messages) he offers to come again for $175. He claimed he had trouble seeing as it was late, but he was the one who was late(excuse). So their work is not guaranteed despite "Quality is our #1 priority." What kind of reputable business charges $175 for 5 minutes and doesn't even guarantee their work!
