I needed a thorough wall-to-wall carpet cleaning for a 750 square foot home. The carpet is 7 years old and had odors in some areas from female dog urine. From start to finish, Jacob responded professionally and efficiently and quoted a great rate for the cleaning I needed done. It was $169 + $60 for a thorough steam clean and pet odor treatment for two 10' x 11' bedrooms, a 13' x 16' living room and 9' x 8' dining area. I have two elderly dogs and one used to pee in the previously marked areas. Since it has been cleaned and treated, she no longer does. Excellent removal of pheromones.
