Travis was amazingly responsive and polite, he fixed my car pretty quickly as soon as we received the parts, he worked early and hard on getting the right parts for my infinity. Pricing is fair, and I appreciate his services.
Honestly, Travis and Misty were both awesome. Super nice, honest and thorough. Found out my car was going to fail its smog at the last possible second and they managed to get me right in and get the problem taken care of. A+ - will be back!
Yesterday I had one of my wheel bearings go out, Harper's was just about to close and even the the job would take a couple hours, Travis still went ahead to help me out and explain everything thoroughly. His hospitality to me and my family was through the roof! Definitely one of the best mechanics I've been too!
