Put in my units a few year back. Now they are are leaking. Cliff won't return calls and it always goes to voice mail. At the time I made sure he would be available to maintain these splits and he assured me he would. But he won't even call back after getting paid.

Back in May, owner of Comfort Control, Cliff Lee, came to install Goodman heat pump on my home. I had paid Cliff half before job started so he could supposedly order the unit and the other half once completed. At first Cliff was super nice and boosted about being very concerned at doing a good job and making his customers happy. Cliff informed me that he would be installing unit but once he arrived at my home, told me he had to leave for some personal issue in Ontario and that 2 of his relatives would be doing the job.
