The installation took most of the afternoon, which felt appropriate given that they had to ensure proper airflow through our vaulted ceiling. After a few days, there have been no issues with condensation or temperature regulation, which we had previously experienced.
After a few hours of meticulous inspection and cleaning, my A/C unit is running like new. The technician's attention to detail was truly impressive, explaining every step and offering practical tips for upkeep. I appreciated his punctuality and the tidiness left behind. It's clear they care about their customers' comfort and wellbeing. This experience has convinced me of the importance of regular maintenance for long-lasting performance.
The technician arrived promptly, just 15 minutes past the scheduled time, and got straight to work. He was knowledgeable and explained each step of the preventive maintenance process. My A/C now runs smoother and quieter, making the whole experience worthwhile. Their attention to detail ensures peace of mind for the upcoming season. Highly recommend!
