The building department required an arborist report for trenching near Joshua Trees. ArborPro was out the next day and got me the report I needed. Very friendly on phone. Answered all my questions. Seemed pricey for the work involved, but I don't know the going rate. Their efficiency saved me from shopping around. Highly recommend.
Skylar and his crew spent two days in my front and back yards in bitter cold and wind. They removed a dead chinaberry and heavily pruned two pepper trees. They did terrific work on all aspects of the job. They cleaned up afterward and left my yards in much better shape than when they started. We had ArborPro come out and update/fix an irrigation system in summer 2022. We mostly interacted with Taylor. They appeared to be quite knowledgeable, opinionated, no-nonsense and professional and did their work, showing up on time for all appointments and work. They went over the work and what they were doing and, when hitting the inevitable snags, seemed to be transparent when describing the issues involved. In November and December 2022, we attempted to contact them. After at least seven attempts at communication via email, text messages, Mike responded. He said that Taylor had left the company and that they were short-handed (Dec 20 2022). Hopefully they can get some more employees soon.
