This place is hit or miss, usually miss. They go through providers like candy, and the providers are “too busy” to take care of the patients refills that they actually prescribed to them. Avoid this place and Redlands Family Clinic if you want proper and timely refills.

I wanted to recognize Brianna front desk thank you for listening to my concerns and addressing them with compassion and urgency. This wasn’t my first time calling. You may not think when you talk to patients over the phone, how important it is to be heard and understood. I truly appreciate your compassion and kindness. Thank you.

They keep closing early and never answer or get back to me with my calls. I’m having some serious health issues and I need to see my doctor but can never get through. Very upsetting.
