I called three different services and Jake with Xtra was the most professional and responsive, friendly and caring, and respectful. They did a thorough job and completely resolved my issue. Pricing was more than fair as well. Very grateful, highly recommended.

My apartments use this carpet cleaning service and they are amazing. My baby was sleeping in the same room I had carpet in and they said they would be extra quiet to not wake her up so that I didn’t have to move her! Haha they’re very fast and very nice. They did an amazing job with the carpet. They also reply to messages quickly! 10/10.
