My cat loves this clinic. They have hidden cubby holes for cats, so he hides right away. By the time the techs come around, he is much more comfy, coming out of the cubby, walking around the exam room.
The staff is very attentive, they listen to your concerns. They even listened when I told them my cat does better getting blood drawn on his back leg rather than neck. The doctors are thorough, explain everything in detail.

Today was the first visit for my dog. He can be kind of a jerk. The ladies here did such an amazing job with my dog. I gave him CBD and Benadryl before the appointment so he’d behave. Another vet here in town wanted me to have him sedated before seeing him. I didn’t want him sedated. The ladies were so caring and gentle with my dog. They communicated very clearly, and I didn’t get the feeling that they were only in it for the money.
I had to put down my dog due to cancer. They were so kind and caring, it made the worst day a little better. Later I received a card from them with their condolences. Very class act. Thank you.
