They were friendly, professional, and completely up front about all costs—no surprises along the way. Every member of their crew, as well as their contractors, showed up on time and did quality work. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

LA Custom Pools & Pool exceeded our expectations. We have a beautiful custom pool that far exceeds are design vision. Our backyard is consider small to average size and we were concerned our spa and pool would not fit and we would have to choose between one or the other.Glen the owner of LA Custom Pools listen to our wants and provided us a few options. Through out the entire project Glen (owner) communicated with us each step and stopped by after each stage. He is 100% involved! Production started early November 2023 within a few months we were able to swim and enjoy are beautiful custom pool with friends and family. Our backyard is small to average size which was one of the concerns when considering a pool.Glen(owner) and Emelly were fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was great as well as the quality of service. Glen orchestrated every step of the project and checked after each stage for perfection. Which can be very challenging with other pool projects. We have truly have a beautiful custom pool for entertaining friends and family in our backyard.
