Glenn and his team at LA Custom Pools and Spas has now built 3 amazing backyard oasis' within our family over the past decade. When it was time for our pool to be built there was no doubt in our mind who we were going to hire for the project. We didn't even waste our time or that of other contractors having them bid on the project because we knew what LA Custom Pools would do to make our dream become a reality. From day one, Glenn, the owner was very active with the project by preparing an amazing design that captured the few specifics we wanted included. Glenn took those ideas and created something we couldn't even imagine and the realistic, computer design pictures and interactive presentation allowed us to see our dream oasis before we even signed on the dotted line. Glenn was regularly on site ensuring the project was going as planned and not only met our approval but also his. It is rare to see an owner so active with a project and getting his boots dirty. There were numerous occasions I caught Glenn shoveling dirt and pushing a broom to keep our front and back yards tidy. Glenn was only a phone call or text message away if we had any questions and guided us through the completion of the project well before the contracted completion date. Glenn's partner, Jim, has continued the customer service aspect from pool start up and beyond, always willing to stop by to ensure any minor issues are resolved ASAP. For this, we are absolutely grateful for Glenn, Jim and the rest of the team at LA Custom Pools and Spas!
We had our pool built by LA Custom Pools a few years ago, and was so pleased with their work. Not only did they do a great job, they were done with every step of the process on the exact day they said they would be! Highly recommend them, I also really love their customer service! Still after a few years, they are willing to take a call or come by to help! I love it when Jim comes by!
