We have never had a water conditioner / softener / reverse osmosis and were VERY reluctant to put in a water system into our brand-new house. We had someone else come to our home and test our water. It was deemed very hard, and he tried to hard sell us on a system. We felt that he focused on all the wrong reasons for why we should install a system. We told a neighbor about our experience, and she told us about the system they purchased for three consecutive homes (Hague) and the salesperson she worked with and why, Manny Monge of Just Right Solutions. We gave Manny a call and he drove 2+ hours to get here as it was outside of his territory. We had a very pleasant conversation with him, and he answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase the WaterMax 3BEQ system. Since our home was new, we were most concerned about the longevity of the pipes. To us, this was the most important reason to get the system. We drink a lot of water (100+ ounces each a day) so the RO was a big consideration for us. A week later our system was installed by a very professional plumber. He was here for 4 1/2 hours and was meticulous in his work. Manny too was here before the plumber arrived and for an hour after to ensure everything was tested completely and explained everything in detail. It was a long day and we were pleased with the outcome. That night and the next morning we realized we had an issue with the RO. The water was cloudy, and it was making a hissing sound as it refilled which was very annoying. We called Manny and sent him a video of the issues so he could troubleshoot from afar. He provided some steps to resolve the cloudy water, but he needed to come back to our home to make an adjustment to the system to get rid of the noise. The issue was caused by an unusual curve in our drainpipe. Manny resolved the issue, and all was operating as expected. We highly recommend Manny and so appreciate his time, knowledge, communication, and completeness - all living up to his company name; Just Right Solutions.

I had trouble locating a Hague certified company to service my water softener equipment after the installer passed away and Manny at Just Right came through. I was impressed by his professionalism and thorough knowledge of the equipment. I heartily recommend him.

Manny and Mario we're suburb!!! He was thorough when he first explained the water softer and drinking water systems. The work was professionally installed. They left the sight area neat and clean. Manny took the time to demonstrate the functionality of the system and what to expect. He was professional and very considerate.
