Chris and his staff were at my place within 15 minutes of my call. And this was after normal business hours! He had the problem resolved we thought within a half an hour. The problem turned out to be worse than originally thought. Chris came back out the next day and did extra work to resolve the problem and didn't charge extra for that! I would thoroughly recommend him for any plumbing job. He stands behind his company and staff. This is so rare anymore that I can barely believe it!

I cannot say enough great praises about this company; I had an emergency about four weeks ago when a galvanized pipe erupted in the middle of the evening flooding both bathrooms, the hallway and my bedroom before I work up a little after mid-night, we turned the main off and the next morning called several plumbers for bids; 2 of the companies that came out offered a bandage solution ranging in $3+ thousand. Chris Keith came out and looked at the problem from a different perspective - suggesting that we re-plumb the entire house, abandoning the existing pipes and going overhead through the attic.The cost was twice as much as the bandage solution but well worth it.
