I’m very happy with all the staff here in All Star Therapy Lake Elsinore. I definitely recommend them. They are very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me with my fractured foot in less than a month I’m able to walk so much better. Shawn, Lisa, Andy and all the other therapist are great including Charlene the front desk Reseptionist.
Doctor of PT (Charlotte Viner) was understanding, thorough and supremely knowledgeable, and made sense of my injury in ways the X-rays couldn't, as far as the movement required to do things.
Desert Hot Springs is a desert in lots of ways, medical services being top on the list. For most things we have to go to PS or beyond to get quality care. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find this very nice PT clinic right here in downtown DHS. The home office takes care of all referrals and insurance precerts, etc. but then you are handed over to the facility of your choice and I would say that the DHS location would be hard to beat. Dr. Isaiah and his staff of PTA's and techs ARE THE BEST. I had pretty severe vertigo and they listened and responded with a program that had me corrected and on my feet in very quick time. Such lovely young people that do an excellent job.
